The stronger the prescription need, the more peripheral distortion exists.  There are several glasses that come either with "blinders" or wrap-around lenses.  Your optometrist or optician can likely build or modify a pair of glasses to accomplish your goal.

No: Prism eyeglasses are used to shift the image of one eye relative to the other to avoid doubling of vision.  Drusen that are significant can wipe out portions of the vision and will not be improved by prisms.

Define "blurry": The peripheral retina has fewer receptor cells per unit of space than the main focal point of the eye. Just like your television, the more pixels per image the clearer. You will never see things as sharply with peripheral vision as with the focal point. That said, you could have an eye issue that distorts your peripheral vision. If it is only seen in one eye it is probably abnormal.

Not central.: Peripheral vision refers to any vision one has that is not central. Peripheral vision is usually measured in degrees from your central vision. Different conditions can cause loss of peripheral like glaucoma, strokes, a brain mass etc.

No: Prisms are used to shift the overall visual image to correct doubling of vision when the eyes are out of alignment.  They cannot give improved peripheral vision.

Not yet: Peripheral vision comes from the retina, the layer of light sensitive cells that line the back of our eyes. Mainly the light sensitive rod cells populate the peripheral retina that make up side vision.  You are born with all the retina you're going to get.  You can't make more.  No drugs or supplements markedly improve their function.  Bilberry supplements can marginally improve night vision.
