Never heard of any: The great desire we all have  is a magic pill to fix whatever problem ails us. I guess the idea that a pill to make us eat healthy would be a great thing, but the idea doesn't pass my bs detector. Too many variables of lifestyle, taste, access and motivation make the idea farfetched.

Unlikely: It is very unlikely that healthy food is not good for you. Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils, low fat milk products; refrain from saturated fats; no tobacco; no more than one drink a day and exercise 30 minutes/day.

Porvide good food : Aspies have very narrowed interests that they defend with awesome pedantism.  Try to provide nutritious foods within their parameters. Arguing with an aspie is futile and can lead to conduct problems. This isn't to recommend they eat whatever they want, but use wise choices within their menu of likes. Cholesterol is: primarily from  your liver.  About 15-20 % comes from your diet.  There are natural ways to lower it.  Look for a nutritionist who may use high quality Marine Fish Oil and/or Red Yeast Rice. Peace and good health.
