Due: To the injury of the joint  arthritic changes hit this joint early and hard.  I recommend therapy on the joint to keep as much ROM and use as you can.  But not a lot can be done to reverse things.  Good luck

Growing pains: This is a question that brings families into my office weekly. The short answer is it can be difficult. The long answer is "growing pains" is a diagnosis of exclusion. There are myriad conditions that must be ruled out before a child's pain can be assigned the diagnosis of benign growing pains, and a lot depends on the patient's age and symptoms. To be sure, see a pediatric orthopaedist.

Doubt it ...but: I doubt that it would show at all with this type of contact. However, I believe there are home urine tests you can find in various locations in stores or online that are not expensive. You can look into the reliability of such products and test at home if this is important. A first morning urine is more concentrated &amp; more likely to show any.

i'm 17 and currently experiencing the same growing pains as a child. but it's not my joints, it's in the middle of my bones.

Common in youth: Bone pains, especially in longer bones of arms and legs are common in youth. Since there is no detectable medical cause, these are generally considered a part of growing or termed as growing pains. You should make sure get annual checks to check your hemoglobin as anemia can also cause these which can be easily treated with oral iron supplementation.

Yes: A lot of people develop Arthritis which enlarges the joints in the fingers.
As you age most women gain weight after pregnancy.
The combination of both will change your ring size.
If you take the ring to a real jeweler they can cut the band and enlarge it for you.

Yes: The answer is yes.  Injury to an area increases blood supply, brings inflammatory cells ; chemicals into the area, and for bone or ligament injuries, the formation of a bone spur is not unusual.
