No, don't worry!: The chemicals used in hair coloring are very strong, but they will not cause you permanent damage unless you are exposed to them all the time. Talk to your hairdresser about the fact that your nose has been burning. Maybe the mixture was too strong. There are more natural, non-ammonia ways to color your hair- ask about that, too. But don't worry, you won't get cancer from this!

Not seriously: Pollution can be irritation and even set up some occasional allergies.  But it will not lead to any deep seated serious issue.  However the response can be annoying, irritating and cause redness and light sensitivity.  If you have symptoms, best to check with your ophthalmologist.

Wear sunglasses: its not good to get a lot of sand in your eyes. Suggest you wear wrap-around or occlusive sunglasses at the beach. If sand does get in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water or "Eyewash" which can be bought at a drugstore.

can the iphone 6 flashlight harm my eyes ? didn't realize the flashlight was on. i looked directly into it by mistake really closely. if so temporary?
