Staph: You may have a mild staff infection I would try using an antiseptic soap if this does not improve I would let a physician see it and give you a definitive diagnosis

Areaola Glands: Glands of Montgomery are present on the areola, and become more prominent during puberty.  These are perfectly normal structures, and should not be of health concern.

Bump on breast: Sounds like you are describing a "black head"  or blocked oil duct that has been exposed to air - turning it black.    Sometimes with pressure these can be expressed but if its not bothering you - best leave it alone.    Warm compresses may help to dislodge it as well.

YES: Nipples will become engorged and vary in size: the follicles you refer to are called Montgomery's follicles and are a normal part of the breast changes during pregnancy

Blocked duct: most likely blocked duct. Best to use moist heat to help it resolve. If it looks infected (red, swollen, increasing pain/swelling) need to be seen

Pimple: This may be a small collection of pus ( a pimple ) or a blocked duct.. Keep an eye on it,apply warm compresses. if it becomes very tender,red or painful,see your doctor
