Most radiologists nowadays are compelled into using computer based voice recognition systems and transcription errors have skyrocketed as a result. Confusion between words such as "remarkable" and the much more likely "unremarkable" are common.  Even the best proofreaders miss stuff.

AVM grades: Avms are graded by their size, location and vascular structure. To determine the grade of your avm you ned to have a digital subtraction angiogram. An mra will not do.  Once  the grade is established the treatment can be determined.  Treatment can range from surgery to embolization with polymers to radiosurgery. Often a combination of of these may be used. Get the angiogram and discuss the options.

Depends on what: People with lupus have  many possible combinations of symptoms and signs. At one time it was  estimated  there were  over  1500 different combination. Now the questions what  are  you imaging? For the lungs usually a high resolution CT scan. For the brain an MRI scan. Your  physicians will also do an examination and  labs to see how your  lupus is doing.

: Hard to attribute recent headaches to trauma incurred 6 yrs  ago.  Best to evaluate potential current triggers, check sed rate and C -reactive protein to exclude Temporal Arteritis, evaluate dentition, jaws, sinuses, neck, etc.  See neurologist if necessary.
