i stopped taking zoloft (sertraline) 3 weeks ago. having dizziness. nausea hot flashes and i'm ovulating. am i going through withdrawal or is it ovulation symptoms?

Dizziness: The symptoms you describe can all be caused by sudden withdrawal from antidepressant medications.  The symptoms however usually resolve by one week.  To avoid such symptoms, tapering of antidepressants is recommended.  Ovulation does not usually cause nausea or dizziness. You should followup with your doctor.

Missed period?: Did you miss a period? If you did, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative, repeat the test 4-5 days later. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.

Birth control pills are out of your system in about 7 days returning you to your normal state. One would expect a menstrual cycle about 1 month after stopping them unless pregnancy occurred
