No evidence of harm: I researched this on many different sites and could not find any evidence at all that garlic is harmful to developing babies. Many sites said it's fine to eat garlic in moderation but excess garlic should be avoided, but the only reason presented was that too much garlic close to delivery might thin your blood and reduce blood clotting, so cut back close to delivery. Very unlikely but...: Eating garlic-infused olive oil that is not refrigerated can cause botulism but this is extremely rare and the vast majority of the time will not be a problem. 
The fact that you only had a bite is also good as even if it contained some botulism toxin you would not have ingested much. If you develop worrisome symptoms go to the ER. See

Most important thing: you must know when taking Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) is that it can form crystals in your kidneys if you don't hydrate enough. So taking larges amount of filtered water to protect your kidneys is paramount. Olive leaf extract which is the heart of the mediterranean diet should not pose a problem, but it's always good to take your supplements separately from your medications in general. You can take UR supplements.

Not botulism: This is not botulism, likely some form of food poisoning.  and perhaps not due to the fries and raw garlic.  Unless the garlic was rotten. 
Botulism requires food being in an environment where there is oxygen.
If this goes on for the next day, then I would recommend you visit your doctor. or if you want you could have us order some simple labs.

Gerd: Alcohol and oily foods can certainly cause reflux, but it would take more than one beer to elevate the blood pressure and heart rate,although severe discomfort and/or anxiety could. I assume you take a medication like prilosec or nexium (esomeprazole) to control your GERD.

Basics: Common ear pain can originate from the canal (swimmers) or from the middle ear from infection. Ear drops might help a canal infection &amp; oil concoctions might give transient relief by coming in contact with the ear drum. Proper assessment of the cause &amp; treatment will require that the eardrum be examined.Some such infections self heal but can lead to complications over time.
