See your MD: It is not from masturbation.   Dehyrdation may be a factor but there are many casues for this and they need to be ruled out.  Your physician can run tests to look for the cause.

Water: Water is the best fluid to drink.  If you are willing to drink a few sips at a time that is better than not drinking at all.  f you drink a lot of water it is normal to have to void a lot

Probably BV: Bacterial vaginosis is a common condition in women where the normal balance of bacteria in the vagina is disrupted and replaced by an overgrowth of certain bacteria. Bv is not a sexually transmitted disease. It causes vaginal discharge that is usually white or gray. Most complain of a fish-like odor noticed especially after intercourse. It is treated with metronidazole.

Drinking salt water.: Joe--Usually we all get plenty of salt in our diet.  Except for some rare conditions that cause an abnormal salt loss or medications that can deplete salt in the body, the body does a pretty good job of keeping enough salt on board for good health.   If you are exercising  vigorously and sweating profusely, consider drinks that contain electrolytes like potassium and sodium (salt) from the store.

Size of glass?: Obviously, a huge glass is different from a regular 8oz one. They say that drinking 8-12 eight oz glasses is good for you. Drinking it slowly is better than gulping. There are other conditions that matter too. Activity level, heat, physical condition, etc. Can make a difference. Try skipping a few - don't interrupt sleep to drink and drink them slowly and it should be okay.

None: There is no soda on the market that is healthy. None of them have any nutritional value - they are either sugar water or water with chemicals acting as artificial sweeteners. They also contain salt and acids which in high quantities and years of consumption can lead to high blood pressure, kidney disease, and teeth ; bone erosion. The best replacement is water followed by limited amts of juice.
