		1 tsp. Yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water
		1 tbsp. Apricot puree
		1 1/2 tbsp. Water, 1 1/2 tbsp. Oil, 1 tsp. Baking powder
		1 packet plain gelatin, 2 tbsp. Warm water
	  do not mix until ready to use.

Be careful: Egg substitutes like egg beaters are made from eggs and will contain egg proteins that could precipitate an allergic reaction.  There are vegan egg substitutes that are ok for baking but not much else.

Geodon (ziprasidone) can increase weight gain, but if you drop your portion sizes and increase your exercise activity, you could lose or at least stabilize your weight.  Carbohydrate excess is the major cause of weight gain with geodon (ziprasidone).  Watch your carbs.
