Giardiasis and amebiasis can be transmitted from person to person, usually during sex when there is oral-fecal or oral-anal contact.  Pinworms are easily transmitted within households, especially among children. Skin parasites such as scabies and crab lice are also transmitted from person to person.

Maybe: Sounds like a viral infection, possibly hsv.  If they hurt, i would avoid contact with others and see your doctor asap.

Sty: Usually people are permitted to continue working if they have a sty. Conjunctivitis (pink eye) can be contagious and prevent someone from going to work. I doubt this is COVID 19 related.

: No, the viral spread is less likely after 5 days of the initial symptoms. Cough due to viral upper respiratory infection can last up to 3 weeks but it is much less intensity after 10 days.

About 1 week: is the incubation period for HFMD, patients are contagious during the incubation periods and after, at times for weeks, other healthy opoersons can be carriers and spread it. The only way to avoid infection, is frequent hand washing, avoid kissing, hugging, sharing objects as utensils/cups, etc with diseased persons, disinfecting door knobs, and objects around patients, wish you wellness

Could be: Herpes, oral as well as genital can be transmitted in the absence of any visible lesions as virus is shed from the normal skin as well.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

my boyfriend has had this bump almost like a tiny flap on his shaft for almost two years now. its almost impossible to see but i can feel it sometimes. would something contagious last this long without growing or multiplying? is it a skin tag?

: A proper label would require an exam. I cannot think if anything contagious that would remain a tiny thing for two years.

when will i know a wart is dead and no longer contagious? i got mine froze off about a year ago and i can still see the remnants of it. theres no more dots its just kind of flakey and white. its odd i thought theyd disappear by now/no longer seen?

: Freezing does not really cure this type of wart but does remove a lot of the wart material. In other words the virus causing the wart is still present.
