ok  i am 8 days late took test came back positive boobs are sore lumpy and swollen but i started bleeding today i'm confused and not sure what to do?

Preg and bleeding: Follow up with doctor /urgent care/ER you  may be miscarrying also need to make  sure it is not an ectopic, so need a sonogram.

Yes: There are many reasons for breast pain and 'lumpiness'. May be 'normal'. The only way to be sure requires a physical exam and possiblly us or mmg. Please see your doctor to evaluate and your anxiety will probably be resolved.

had breast biopsy done 3 months ago - benign. feel lumpiness near biopsy site but not right there. had u/s and didn't see anything. okay?

What did the biopsy: show? if it showed fibrocystic disease, then lumpiness is part of that process. Please follow your doctor's advice for follow up care.

Breast lump ?s: "Lumps" in both breasts at age 22 may be simply from extra estrogen stimulation due to double ovulation.  Not generally a cause for concern.

Dont panic!: most things in 21 year olds are not bad and most bad things are not painful.  Is it related to your period?  Are there certain things that make it worse?  What kind of breast history does your family have?  These are all things to discuss with your MD.  If still concerned he/she can order an Ultrasound to reassure you.

Few days: If you are breast feeding and you have experienced lumpy tender breast/breasts as you are learning to breast feed, you may have mild engorgement. If you have pain and fever call your OB about need for medication.  If no fever, try pumping breasts for 3-5 minutes before breast feeding to get milk flowing and unclog ducts. Usually 2 or 3 days of this before feeds will resolve problem.
