If you mean: "anion gap", it is an unusual number to know about yourself. It is a measurement of ions that have either a positive or negative charge: sodium/potassium are cations (+'s) and chloride/bicarbonate at anions (-'s). "2" is a very unusual result (reference range is 8-16 mEq/L) and I would highly suspect this is an error in the lab result. Not sure why you had this done but only ordering MD can help:)

You are early DM: Hba1c measures the sugar content of your blood over the last 3 months.  If this value is >6.49, you have diabetes.  

You are getting close.  If you are overweight, lose weight.  Go see your doctor about this.  You may already have diabetes.....

It depends...: It's not so much the yogurt as the carbohydrate/sugar content of the yogurt and how often you eat it.  If it's high in simple carbs and you eat it too often, it could contribute to higher A1Cs.  Everything in moderation...
