After missed period: Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about two weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex.

Am I pregnant?: Yes, you very well could be pregnant. Missing your pills and being sexually active with an unprotected fertile male can lead to pregnancy.  It may be early yet for a home pregnancy test, but that could be done soon.

Ovarian cramps ?'s: At "11 days after ovulation" , a drop in estrogen may occur leading to cramps, indicating that menstruation is about to occur. If pregnancy is possible, and your period does not begin at expected time, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain.

Hard to say: Intercourse in this interval?  Any other possible causes or trauma?  Could be UTI as well. Hard to say but possible pregnancy if intercourse, but low probability if none.   An EPT after a few days would answer the question of pregnancy. If this is persistent, see provider for thorough history and physical exam. Be well!

R/O FBD: Often times FBD= Fibrocystic Breast Disease. Flares during and after Ovulation. Limit caffeine ingestion and take Vit E. You also need a full exam And potential mammogram ultrasound if pain persists

Possibly: Most likely you are having upset bowels.  Ovulation usually causes a more sharp or achy pain, but not bloating or gas.

Accepted Answer

Usually not: Bloating could mean other things like intestinal problems such as irritable bowel syndrome, or even something very serious like ovarian cancer.  If  its persistent and not just occasional, see your doctor.  Bloating is more common just prior to your period due to hormonal changes that cause the bowel motility to decrease.

It happens anytime: You can get pregnant at any time during your cycle. The chance is less right before/during/after period, but still happens. Best chance is around time of ovulation--often midcycle for most women. Many women have some light period/bleeding during the first month or two after becoming pregnant. It is very easy and fast to do a home pregnancy test--which is highly accurate. So, check a hpt. Good luck.

Possibly: Take a home pregnancy test.  They tend to be quite accurate, especially 1-2 weeks after conception.
