Negates gravity : Aqua therapy allows for essentially earlier normal motion without the effects of gravity due to the body's natural buoyancy in water. The resistive forces of moving through water are beneficial to normal healing and help build strength.

is it safe and also effective to use solo care aqua solution if it has recently expired \u0026#40;5/2014\u0026#41;, is it still good to use on my lenses or not . and of course i didn't open it before.

Prob ok: If I am reading the label correctly, it expires this month. But why run the risk, maybe the next time you are out just go by for afresh bottle.  There are reasons for that date of expiration.

what symptoms would i have if i drank water that was treated with tetra aqua safe water conditioner. i had used cups to fill up my aquarium and had put the conditioner in the cups before pouring them in. this was about 2 months ago?

Steroids: Unfortunately there is no good long term oral mediation that works like rhinocort. It is very dangerous to take oral steroids, especially for a prolonged period of time.

i like aqua fresh toothpaste in pump but it discontinued only pump is kids one in aqua fresh is ok for adult to use it? i like pump better

Yes, it's fine: Yes, am adult can use children's toothpaste. Some children's tooth paste may have less fluoride then the adult version, otherwise the difference is mostly taste and marketing strategy. The physical act of brushing the teeth with the toothbrush does most of the work in cleaning your teeth. Use what ever toothpaste you like best so that you will brush longer.

i don't understand why my feces was like an aqua color and i  i haven't eaten or drinking anything is that color so i'm not sure what it could be?

Stool color: Stool  color varies widely, and often in no relationship to the food which was eaten. Usually, the only times that stool color makes a difference is when it is black and tarry or red or maroon, signalling possible bleeding or when it is almost white in color, signaling lack of bile. Otherwise, healthy stool can be almost any other color. Good luck.

i've joined an aqua aerobic class to help ease my fibromyalgia & boost my energy levels. i go 3 times a week is this enough as i can't manage every da?

Have it evaluated: The standard mantra is if it is wet, dry it and if dry try to moisten it. Without evaluating a skin issue or a better description of what it is little can be offered for treatment. I would schedule an in person or virtual visit where the skin can be examined &amp; your past efforts reviewed.
