Yes: Balanitis is due to tiny amounts of urine fermenting under the foreskin. Circumcision is easy, quick, and cures it. Keeping urine out of this space prevents it. Gently wash out with water. Blot with paper after passing urine. Retract the skin back at least once a day. If you cannot retract it you should get a circumcision. Colorless Castellani solution is by far the best treatment.

: That cream is used for allergic rash +/- fungal infection, not for the a clean cut wound. You just have to keep the wound clean and dry, take Ibuprofen OTC 200 mg x 2 as needed for pain. If the wound looks infected, after cleaning with mild soap or hydrogen peroxide, you can apply antibiotic ointment.

Not helpful: Unless you have sores or open skin, a cream will not help. Rest and a tincture of time are the remedies that will work.

Cant tell: This may represent psoriasis, eczema or another condition. There are other possiblities including reiters syndrome. It is best you  see a dermatologist ot examine the whole body for signs of a skin disease or even a systemic disease with skin manifestations.

"Numbing" question: Lidocaine is used to desensitized an area of the skin which it will do in this case. If oral sex is done without washing it off, it will be pleasurable for you, but lip "numbing" for your partner.

: EMLA is a cream that will anesthetize the areas to which it is applied. Consider the procedure you are going to have and apply it to the area involved with a little extra margin to be safe. This can avoid the need to inject a local anesthetic in that sensitive area.  It takes a while to work, which is why the 30-minute interval is advised. Apply it too soon and the effect wares off.

Creams: It would seem that these soothing creams would be no problem to apply on those days, but I recommend asking your pharmacist to verify this as I have no experience with the use of Aldara which is used to remove warts.

: I would prefer to have a dermatologist or urologist examine &amp; advise you. These bumps may be hpv, fungal or herpes infections for which other treatment is indicated.  Mention any risky sexual behavior at your visit.
