Yes: Balanitis is due to tiny amounts of urine fermenting under the foreskin. Circumcision is easy, quick, and cures it. Keeping urine out of this space prevents it. Gently wash out with water. Blot with paper after passing urine. Retract the skin back at least once a day. If you cannot retract it you should get a circumcision. Colorless Castellani solution is by far the best treatment.
