Eat healthy/Exercise: Do not get into any of the stuff you are talking about. Go after the proven interventions. Eat low fat -plant based diet and exercise daily. These interventions will lower your LDL and increase the HDL level(use of unsaturated fats found in fish, nuts and in avocados) can also help. Avoid saturated fats(found in dairy products and in animal fats/meats).

Sun avoidance &amp; protection is critical to any treatment regimen. Unfortunately, treatment with apple cider vinegar and onions has not been shown to be effective. An examination &amp; evaluation by a medical provider would be helpful in accurate diagnosis &amp; treatment.

Poor choice: Occasional constipation responds best to a real laxative such as milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide). Frequent constipation should prompt a check for thyroid disease and porphyria; if it's new, a check for colon cancer is of course indicated. If no medical cause is found, get some good advice on diet and drinking enough water. Best wishes.

Good possibility: There is a good chance that the cocktail you are using would cause you heartburn symptoms, by combining 2 acidic liquids. Would definitely recommend giving it a trial in discontinuing it and see if your symptoms improve. Is there any specific reason for why you are drinking consistently that?

Worth a try but...: It's possible these may help ; they're safe to try, but i'm unaware of research proving they help, so consider treatments with scientific support.
