No : The dark spot could be a small bleed under the nail but if it does not grow out , seek consultation with a podiatrist or dermatologist.

Warts : Warts are viruses, transmitted from person to person by touch.  They can be very hard to get rid of.  Ultimately, your body needs to recognize that they are foreign, make antibodies to them and destroy them.  Options include the topicals as you have done over the counter.  Other physician administered treatments include: cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen, a pulsed dye laser treatment, co2 laser treatment or physically having the warts cut off.  Many times, i suggest patients "pare down" their warts using a nail file and then apply the topical medications that i prescribe- typically veregen (sinecatechins) (green tea extract) or imiquimod, topical vitamin a's may help by irritating the area.  If your over the counter treatments aren't working, your next stop may need to be a doctors office, call beforehand for pricing- i never give guarantees with warts as they are very challenging, and even in the best hands may not respond to treatments.

Use an antifungal!: Ringworm is not a worm but a rash caused by a fungus. It can frequently be treated by an OTC med such as Lotrimin-AF(antifungal). If that doesn't work see your doc.

Stop use: Any skin discoloration brought about by chemical use should alarm you to stop continued use. Consult your doctor.

Probably not: If you believed all the health claims made for this stuff (it supposedly cures everything), you would be reading uncritically. If the stuff doesn't make you sick to your stomach, it probably will not hurt you.

Yes, in moderation: Vinegar, including apple cider vinegar, lowers post-prandial glycemia by 20%. This appears to be due to vinegars effect of slowing gastric emptying. Just 2 teaspoons before meals is the effective dose. **Avoid vinegar pills as they have been associated with esophageal injury....their pH and contents are not standardized. Avoid large dose of apple cider vinegar as  it can cause hypokalemia.

Adjunct only: The fact that it is promoted as being good for absolutely everything should tip you off that it's not really curing anything. You owe it to yourself to get with an evidence-based holistic practitioner in your community, rather than try to negotiate the welter of mostly-false claims about complementary medicine on your own.
