See Dr.: Your first mistake was"picking them open."  the second mistake was trying to treat them yourself with apple cider vinegar.  At this point, you need to see a gyn dr. Or a dermatologist for an official/professional evaluation of the area to get treated properly, with what may or may not include rx medications.  Good luck.

Genital wart Rx: It's best not to self treat without seeing a doctor first. No over-the-counter treatments have been studied for their benefits for genital warts, and none are as reliable as prescription medications or treatments provided in the clinic (e.g. freezing, laser cautery). Vinegar of any kind is totally ineffective but this or OTC treatments might make diagnosis harder when you see someone. Don't do it.

"Healthy" mole?: How do you know for sure that it was a "healthy" mole and not a cancerous one in the first place?  We generally don't like when patients treat themselves, especially with something that could very well be a melanoma, as a worst case scenario.  Not to say that it was, of course, but please see a Dermatologist in the very near future.

Interesting...: Haven&#x27;t heard of any edible or drinkable vinegar being effective in getting rid of skin tags. Best to have one&#x27;s primary care doctor look at them to see if they are warts or whatnot. A doctor can help remove skin tags.

Yes..: Retinoids are prescription medications and are vitamin A derivatives which alter the DNA of skin cells, leading to less production of pimples and follicular occlusion. They can cause significant dryness of the skin, so a noncomedogenic moisturizer may need to be used along with them. Topical retinoids are first line therapy for acne, so I definitely encourage you to try one if this is a problem.
