Aortic valve: In general they classify area of 1.5-2.0 as mild aortic stenosis ... Obvously body size is in direct correlation with the aortic valve size ... Your size maybe on the smaller end but does not necessarily translate into being clinically significant .. I would suggest you discuss with your cardiologist who performed your echo.

Probably no problem: The valves of the heart are like one-way doors or gates. They open and close to direct the flow of blood into and out of the heart . The aortic valve is able to open and close because it has leaflets. In a normal aortic valve there are three leaflets, and because of this it is called trileaflet. During life the size of the aorta increases. The normal expansion rate is about 1–2 mm/year.

Yes ...: The aortic valve usually has no problem reopening after long term closure due to LVAD use.  There are always exceptions.  When weaning a patient from a VAD it is easy to evaluate the aortic valve function with echo cardiograms  testing.
