If anything...: ...Coffee is going to make it worse, not better. If this is a persistent problem, you need to see your doctor and find out what is causing it.

i had coffee mate hazelnut flavor sugar free and still have the taste after eating many things it can't go away and feeling dizzy and lightheaded why?

May be the sugar : Substitute used. Read the label and see if it's Sucralose, aspartame, saccharin, high fructose corn syrup or something else. Keep drinking more water to dilute the taste or sweetness aftertaste. It will go away! Avoid it in the future!

She needs medical Ck: From your description, it appears that she may be having some bleeding from her stomach. Blood loss can cause Anemia and anemia shows up as pale skin and weakness, dizziness etc. She needs to be checked by a doctor today or tomorrow as the bleeding from stomach can become a serious problem.

my son is 28 years old, and just started drinking iced coffee.  everyone he drinks it, he gets lightheaded. could caffeine be the cause?

Yes: Just stop for a week and see if symptom improves and then add back ice coffee and see if symptom comes back

Coffee: It can depending on the caffeine content. Drink lots of water and avoid any more caffeine. If it doesn't go away check it out

Possible: Caffeine content varies from blend to blend.  You may be getting more than you bargained for or need at the store. Try cutting back when you are out on the town.

Unclear: No sure what your question is. The  vitals you mention are normal for an adult.  If possible take a shot nap and see headache  is better.

Not too long: Only one cup of coffee should clear your system within an hour or two.

Not unheard of!: Very uncommon, but occurs.  Why have you been off of coffee? I might give you a better answer if i knew.  However, this can occur with caffeine.
