there are randome spots called fordyce spots on my genital skin(shaft and testicle sack). i just wanna remove them. please help?

Let it be: It is probably best to leave them be. It will be painful to have them removed (e.g. Laser). The bumps are completely benign and represent small oil glands.

Perineum: Fascia (connective tissue), muscles, nerves arteries and fat.  Usually the erogenous zone of the male and female.  Perineum is the area at the bottom, includes genitals and anal area.

: Not the initial infection. If they are really there they will emerge over days/weeks to form visible wart-like clusters of disturbed skin. The strains of HPV that cause genital warts can hide in tissue after their infectious stage and never emerge again, but in a hibernating state they are not considered contagious.

Undecended: Usually in children/babies the testes does not come down all the way into scrotum. After a period of time if testes doesn't come down can be brought down surgically. See peds urologist.

No, but needs care: Some aspects can be genetic, but an undescended testicle needs attention at this age. It is common for babies to have retractile testicles, that usually resolve. If one is truly not descended, it needs to be found and surgically addressed.

Discuss your shyness at the 1st visit, &amp; you can decide, depending on the doc's response, if you will feel comfortable enough to return and get that exam. If you already have a doc &amp; don't feel comfortable doing this, tell him/her or get new doc.

?epididymitis: Depending on your age and activity level this may be epididymitis. Sensitivity of the epididymis.  Treatment is usually conservative with anti inflammatories (ibuprofen, etc), support clothing, minimizing touch to the area and time.  One needs to consider Testicle cancer so an exam by an experienced Urologist or a scrotal ultrasound can be helpful as well to rule this out.

i have genital herpes. i constantly have pain in my testicales. some days worse than others. right now it is in my right testicle ,on my right buttock?

Pain isn't herpes: Herpes is not a likely cause of these pains. Be careful what you read online about genital herpes. Outbreaks (with obvious, visible blisters/sores) can be preceded by pain, tingling, etc (prodrome), but usually only for 1-3 days in the same area where the outbreak will occur. Otherwise herpes is rarely associated with aches and pains of any kind. See a doctor if the pains continue. Good luck!

Reflex: The cremasteric reflex causes the testicle to retract when the inner thigh on the same side is stroked. Perfectly normal.
