No : In someone without underlying lung disease the level of oxygen would not be significantly affected by the position you are in.

: The blebs put you at risk for a pneumothorax so get to know the symptoms of one. Don't smoke ,avoid other polluted air. . I don't think there are any exercises.as treatment measures. I recommend consulting a thoracic surgeon for further advice.

See a spine surgeon: Scoliosis usually does not require surgery unless the curve is severe or causing compromise to organs, such as the lungs and heart.  I recommend you see a spinal surgeon to discuss what your options are and determine your lung capacity.

Accepted Answer

No: It would be unusual for the scar tissue to cause NEW onset pain.  If you had the pain ever since the surgery, that is normal.  But if it has just suddenly occurred out of the blue, without a direct injury to that area, then you need to go have it checked out by your doc.

i panic while eating, it felt hard to swallow(scare of choke), i split food like many time for 2hrs and i felt humid like there is water deep in my nose and feel weird on left chest is there chance drops of water/saliva/food go into lung/trachea ?

: It is possible, but the lung has very good defenses. If you have respiratory symptoms, please see your physician. Eat and chew slowly and discuss a speech and swallow consultation.  Avoid stressors and watch for signs of reflux.

In patients with refractory orthostatic hypotension oral midodrine increases standing blood pressure and improves symptoms of orthostatism, such as weakness, syncope, blurred vision and fatigue.

Post nasal drip: Viral sinus infections often lead to a reactive hyperemia with post nasal drip for weeks to months after infection.  Nasal washes plus nasal steroids might help shortness the course.  These episodes tend to go away on their own.
