been constipated lately and when i go to the toilet my stool is dark yellowish brown and partially dark green. should i be concerned? its been like this on and off for a month now. i dont have any intolerances but i do have ibs and take esomprazole?

: The color is within normal limits. For constipation - You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. Consult this site for fiber foods.

a lot of nausea after eating a plain biscuit. dont have any intolerances. i do have a hiatal hernia and esophagitis. but i was feeling okay until i ate a couple plain biscuits?

: Their is a good chance that it is a one off thing by eating biscuits which were contaminated.

Lactose intolerance: Lactose intolerant people may be lacking in riboflavin(b2) and b 6. Lack of b2 especially can cause your migraine headaches.

Hashimoto's thyroid: Autoimmune thyroiditis (hashimoto's) has been linked to higher incidence of celiac disease and vice-versa based on a common genetic trait (the presence of hla-dq2 (and/or -dq8). 
It is the abnormal reaction of the immune system that attacks both the thyroid tissue and the intestinal mucosa that is the problem. The thyroid condition itself does not cause food allergies.

i have tried lactulose-family laxatives but had sever cramping and bloating , is it any related to intolerance or allergy?

Common side effects: Lactulose is a sugar that is broken down in, &amp; draws water into, the colon thus softening stools. It is used to treat chronic constipation, as well as treat or prevent complications of liver disease (hepatic encephalopathy). Side effects can include diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, bloating, &amp; stomach pain. Not meant for purging or weight loss. For situation use, consider more comfortable remedies.

doc says my dizzy spells could be copd but its generalized in my neck and head! tingling in both and like fuzzy vision heat intolerance any suggestion?

Headaches at all?: Do you have bad headaches at all in conjunction or aside from these "dizzy spells?" I think it is possible for your symptoms to be at least contributed to by COPD. Is stopping the cigarettes not an option? I think that should be seriously considered in order to help take just a little more complexity off the table for this problem.  Normal thyroid?

Yes: Avoid dairy products. Of all mammals, only humans consume milk in adulthood. The ability to properly absorb lactose decreases over time. Lactaid may be of some benefit but it is best to just avoid dairy if it bothers you.

Water is fine: Lactose intolerance is a deficiency in the intestines of lactase the enzyme that digests milk's sugar (lactose). Water does not contain lactose therefore not a problem.

Yes: Yes!  i suggest finding a functional medicine physician who offers igg food sensitivity testing or mrt testing, both of which can tell you foods that you might be sensitive to.
