Yes: Anxiety and hyperventilation can lead to numbness of lips and tip of tongue. Caffeine is a stimulant that can exacerbate anxiety! see your therapist and cut back on caffeine.

Relax: If these symptoms always precede your panic attacks, they seem to be strongly correlated with the episodes. If they are random you should consult a doctor. In the meantime try to use any relaxation techniques in order to alleviate your anxiety symptoms (such as breathing techniques, music therapy, aromatherapy, yoga).

Anxiety: It is not normal,however panic and anxiety can manifest in many different ways,medicine for this will not work,but should seek help for your panic /anxiety.there help,with meds and seeing a psychiatrist,to get to the root of your problem

Health anxiety: If you had not mentioned that you had seen an MD for these symptoms, with BP check and CT, it would be time to go to the ED. However, bc from your question it sounds like you have been medically evaluated, and there is no sign of stroke, It sounds like you may be having a Panic Attack, which can cause anxiety, numbness, weakness, and fear of severe medical illness. A Psych MD can treat you :)

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. No: By "pinched nerve, " I am assuming you mean in the spine. The nerve providing sensation to the face and the multiple nerves that contribute to the tongue come from the skull base, not the spine.
