That is possible.: For instance if you engage in both heterosexual and homosexual sexual activity but only really feel comfortable with one of those - then this could lead to anxiety ; issues with obtaining or maintaining an erection.

No, but...: No, the anxiety itself won't kill you, and it's important to remind yourself of that.  At the same time, anxiety is an independent risk factor for suicide... So get thee to a doctor and get the help you need. Anxiety can be effectively treated with help.

Hi, : Hi, you sound like you are feeling miserable. Panic attacks are usually brief. They often last a couple of minutes to around ten minutes. Symptoms can include a sense of severe anxiety or panic as well as chest tightness or pain and a rapid or pounding heartbeat.   There could also be areas of numbness or pins and needles type sensation. A person can experience hot flashes or chills and perspire heavily.  There may be a tickle sensation in the stomach or nausea.  When a person has a panic attack they may feel dizzy or faint and may become physically shaky. The person may fear that they are going crazy, they are out of control or that they are about to die.  The sense that you have when you feel unreal may be a form of dissassociation called depersonalization. The sense that everything around you feels fake may be derealization.
    I am glad that you have seen your physician.  It is very important to have a full physical evaluation to rule out  possible underlying medical problems.  You will not die from a panic attack (if that is the correct diagnosis).  However, I do recommend that you see either  a psychiatrist or a psychologist to get help with this. This is certainly treatable. It does not mean you are crazy.  I hope you get help soon, so that you can start feeling better. Take care.

Not likely: Anxiety attacks can be associated with palpitations, cold sweats, diarrhea and feeling of dread. The symptoms may make one afraid they are experiencing a heart attack, especially when associated with chest tightness and difficulty breathing.
I mentioned not likely, but if you have significant cardiomyopathy or ischemic heart disease a sudden rise in heart rate could be dangerous.

That is an : Enormous dose of xanax (alprazolam). Please only take medications that have been prescribed for you and take exactly as prescribed.

Not that simple: Anxiety disorders can contribute to a variety of other health concerns. However,  anxiety is not in and of it's self a lethal condition.

hi, i have done ten 4th gen combo test. the test were done at 14, 16, 18, 21, 25, 27, 49, 53 days and 2 x test on same day at 58 days. all these tests have been negative so far. do i need to retest? is this conclusive? my anxiety is killing me?

OD: Very Very unlikely that an OD will cause death 3 months after the OD.I would follow up with a medical professional regarding the panic and anxiety. Don't worry.   Hope this helps

i took 4th gen test three times after an exposure. 5 weeks, 9 weeks and 13 weeks. do i need to retest? anxiety is killing me inside maybe the guilt from that exposure. please advise on retesting and what should i do to calm down?

: The negative result at 5 weeks was almost conclusive, and the others definitely were. If anxiety or guilt continue, professional counseling would be a good next step. Discuss it with your personal physician.

If 24-hour monitoring of your heart rate &amp; rhythm shows nothing for you to " obsess" about, but you can't stop, see your primary care for referrals to a psychiatrist &amp; psychologist for evaluation &amp; treatment of anxiety disorders. Chronic anxiety alters levels &amp; functions of brain chemicals, so address it now.
