Eating a balanced diet, rich in fiber, together with plenty of fluids, softens the stool and increases its bulk, which will help you avoid the straining that can cause hemorrhoids or worsen symptoms from existing hemorrhoids.  In addition, exercise can help with bowel movement.

You need a new drug: As huey lewis says, you need a new drug.  Usually if anusol doesnt work then you need to add hydrocortizone.  The new drug is anusol hc.  It also is available in cream or suppository.
