An untrained eye will not be able to differentiate any abnormality by home inspection, and trying is likely to damage the sensitive tissues there, so go and get help instead from an experienced professional, who has spent years learning the details. Anus: This small bump could be a cyst or ingrown hair. Lack of pain or tenderness rules out an infection such as a perianal pustule or abscess. The color of your anus doesn't suggest any pathology. To relieve itch, apply warm compresses, pat dry and apply a cortisone type ointment. See your MD as needed.

Diarrhea: This is presumably a viral gastrointestinal tract infection. To control diarrhea eat a very bland diet with no roughage, drink room temperature fluids in good amounts. To get calories drink flat Coca-Cola or flat ginger ale. Take imodium and if this doesn't control severe diarrhea, ask your physician for a prescription for lomotil or paregoric. If severe diarrhea persists get a  stool culture done
