Reactine: This is a brand of Cetirizine known as zyrtec (cetirizine) in the us. It is an antihistamine and is dosed 10mg for adults and 5mg for children, it is sold by itself or with a decongestant. It is used for treating allergies and hives.

No: The answer is no in general. Hydroceles are due commonly to anatomic problem a persistent opening exist when it shouldn't-congenital hydrocele.These resolve with resolution of the anatomical problem i.e. The spontaneous closure of the opening; rarer is the percent reactive hydroceles: these exist because of trauma/injury-these will resolve with time (nsaids (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories help).

Dhea may help with cortisol balance.  Most of these can be taken with medications, but before you start any of these or other supplments you need to talk with your doctor to prevent side effects.

No: Ssri/snri (anti-depressants) and nsaids all interact with platelets. Aspirin also interacts with platelets and can increase risk of bleeding. Being that your are 25 and if otherwise healthy (normal platelets on a CBC - complete blood count).  You should be able to take citalopram with minimal risk.  If you have easy bruising, black stools other signs bleeding contact your doctor and stop ssri.

: It is best to ask the doc for her/his reasons for change of treatment. Anti inflammatory marker reduce in flammation- so lower the markers in blood indicating that. Good luck
