: You are eating more calories than u r burning.  That is why you are gaining weight.  Get the app Cronometer and track your exercise.  You can do it. It is not the allergies Ortega Zyrtec. Simple in concept difficult in execution.

Depends: Once your appetite returns to normal, you will have to eat less (particularly carbs) and exercise more to lose the weight which was gained.  The speed of loss depends on how much less you eat and how much more you exercise.
