: No, not based on weight for adults…the dose would be the same for age 13 and up. If you have an underlying medical condition, please discuss the dosage and usage with your doctor.

Yes: It would work the same for any nails.  It isn't the one i would recommend however you can use it.  I prefer formula 3 or renewed nail.

Several are "safe": Some antifungals for skin or vaginal use are "safe" in pregnancy, meaning that the number of birth defects are the same whether or not the antifungals are used. Examples: femstat butoconazole, lotrimin clotrimazole, Monistat miconazole, and vagistat1 tioconazole. A single low-dose of oral Diflucan (fluconazole) Fluconazole is "safe". Even with "safe" drugs, a woman may want to avoid using them in 1st trimester.

Oral candidiasis: When the lesions disappear and are no longer visible then you have a high chance it is gone.  Look I'm the mirror with a strong flashlight.  Good luck and feel better.

Thrush: You can try using either yogurt or peroxide to avoid thrush. Yogurt may be more efficacious.

my tongue cycles between having white patches that become orange. it is also inflammed. antifungals/antimicrobials do not treat it. help?

Geographic Tongue: You MIGHT have "geographic tongue" (see the photo). Unfortunately, this is what's called a "poorly understood disease." A dentist or primary care provider might be able to give you a topical anesthetic. Also, you should confirm the diagnosis. I'm basing it only on your description, but it is very common. IVLOral antibiotics: Antibiotics and Antifungals both come in IV or Oral forms. The choice or Oral vs. IV will depend on which specific bacteria or fungus is being treated .

: Just use standard oral hygiene, i.e. daily tooth brushing and flossing. The white tongue is harmless and should clear up on its own.

Misdiagnosis?: What do you mean precisely by "candida overgrowth"? How was this diagnosed? Four years of prescription antifungal agents is far longer than should be necessary for otherwise healthy people with normal immune function. I would consider getting a second opinion.

Yes.: If you can trim the loose nail without causing any pain or bleeding, then in general, it is a good idea.
