Allergies: Pollen counts are hitting record highs, making allergies worse than ever. Start with over the counter antihistamines; if that isn't enough, see your dr about a nasal steroid spray; if that still doesn't add enough relief, singulair (montelukast) may help. If you're really bad, a short course of Prednisone can help temporarily.

Nothing: Pseudoephedrine is a stimulant in addition to its decongestant properties. Alcohol is a depressant. The stimulant and depressant properties will likely cancel each other. The decongestant properties of pe will remain and the central nervous effects of alcohol will remain. Be cautious in combining... You may be more alert but you can still get just as intoxicated.

Allergies, pregnancy: Seasonal Allergies for anyone, but especially during pregnancy, can be very frustrating! Generally most over the counter anti-histamines are considered safe to use during pregnancy. Be careful with pills which also include a decongestant. These combo pills should not be taken during certain trimesters. Please always verify with your maternity doctor who knows your full history.

Yes: It is safe to take cetirizine during pregnancy.  Just make sure to keep yourself well hydrated so you don't get dizzy from med "drying you up".

With caution : You can, but better be under doctor's supervision if you need more than one zyrtec tablet a day,. If nasal symptoms are  bothersome,  OTC  steroid nasal spray can help, read the labels carefully and don't exceed recommended dosage and duration,  preceded by saline nasal washes. If not controlled better see your doctor for assessment and possible referral to an allergist, if you have access to one

Allergies or cold: Could be either. Try an oral antihistamine in addition to intranasal steroid spray. If symptoms improve in about a week, probably a cold

Yes: Both antihistamines show an adverse reaction of psychomotor depression (drowsy, fatigue, lethargy, etc..) when combined with carbamazepine. This is only a possibility, but it would be best to avoid mixing any of these medications. Fexofenadine does not have this interaction.

Yes: You can, if the Cold &amp; Flu tablets don't contain an antihistamine, best wishes

Polyps?: I suspect your friend has nasal polyps that need to be removed by a competent otolaryngologist.
