Antimicrobials...: Can cause changes in the GI tract flora leading to diarrhea,  c. Difficile or otherwise.  Also the changes get lead to changes in the metabolism of many drugs.

Possibly: For the mono patients i see as an ENT doctor i usually prescribe steroids and an antibiotic. The patients usually have huge infected tonsils and i treat with antibiotics to prevent bacterial superinfection of the virally damaged tissue. In my years of experience this has been successful in not only helping the throat symptoms but preventing later secondary recurrent tonsillitis.

Probably: Influenza is caused by a virus and this will not be susceptible to antibiotics (altho neuraminidase inhibitors may help).  Antibiotics are sometimes given to patients with influenza because they have developed secondary bacterial infections.

See below: This depends on the antibiotics taken.  There are a number of antibiotics that, when combined with alcohol, can cause serious reactions and problems.  Please talk to you doctor.

Bacteria mutate: Bacterial resistance occurs when certain antibiotics become ineffective. This can occur in a patient who is being treated with antibiotics or is on antibiotic prophylaxis. Bacteria can mutate, or change so that they have become resistant. Also subjects can deevop an infection from resistant organisms, in which case the "usual" antibiotics will be ineffective requiring  more potent antibiotics.

Not uncommon: As long as it is not severe, do be patient. If severe, very watery with pain, a change of medications may be needed. A bland cereal, apple sauce type diet helps. Avoid juices. Please be aware of incidental stomach flu type infections too.

No basis: There is no basis for the statement you mentioned.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
