See your doctor: I normally prescribe a  topical steroid. Try Anusol if available over the counter or tucks (witch hazel) medicated pads. If no better a consult with your doctor to examine the area is recommended

Depends: A person with normal immune response usually does not develop oral thrush from a short course of antibiotics. It would be prudent to see the doctor who prescribed the antibiotics.

You need to see GI:  this could be intestinal inflammation. You need to see a gastrologist to clarify whether you could have something like inflammatory bowel disease. This is something you need to discuss with your physician.

Probably won&#x27;t help: Antibiotics don&#x27;t usually help anal fissures or speed healing. Main treatments are vasodilating ointments (nitroglycerine, nifedipine) and fiber products etc to avoid constipation and keep stools soft. If not under care for your fissure, see your doctor now. Or consult with a proctologist or colon and rectal surgeon.

: Yes you can have several problems at the same time. For fissure use sitz baths and avoid constipation. If it does not heal you may need surgery. Re yeast infection see your MD/ Gyn for RX

Anal fissue: Anal fissures are caused by injury (trauma) to the anal canal.  You should move forward very slowly, don't rush back into full anal sex.  With time you will figure out whether or not you can have anal sex without developing another fissure.  Best of luck.

Sorry to hear you are feeling so poorly. They can be extremely severe. I've had many patients before that told me it's like sitting on a firecracker, hot coal, red hot iron. Trauma.: Anal fissures are usually the result of trauma to the inner mucosal lining of the anus. Most commonly this occurs when the anal canal stretches after a hard, dry bowel movement. Other causes of a fissure include diarrhea or inflammatory conditions of the anal area. Less commonly, an anal fissure may result from foreign body insertion or anal intercourse.
