Yes: It depends upon whether you're referring to pmol/l measurement or ng/ml, which are different ways of expressing the result. Pmol/l are generally about 10x higher than ng/ml. In either case, you're value is low (particularly if your level is in ;mol/l) and should be discussed with your gyn if you're trying to get pregnant.

Unclear: This test is of questionable value in isolation. Pcos is primarily a diagnosis that is made clinically considering many factors. For example how frequent the menses are etc. The amh has a specific range and there is controversy on its use in diagnosis of pcos.

Hormone levels: Those are 3 different hormones. AMH detects the number of eggs left in the ovaries. A high number like 11 is good. TSH tests the thyroid and Prolactin is a hormone from the pituitary gland. AMH is : Functional early in utero and may have some effects regarding puberty, but there is no definitive data about it's function in adult males. I'm surprised you need testosterone replacement at age 25 -- have you taken prior excessive anabolics or opiates?
