Not normal: Not normal but would only require fixing by surgery if it is causing symptoms. Sounds unlikely. Dessicated discs and bulging unusual for someone your age unless prior history of neck and back trauma

Slippage: Antero is forward, retro is backwards - the amounts are small but what matters is what if any is the effect on the canal and cord. Highly unlikely that this is the cause of the low back pain.

Neck Pain: To avoid surgery try Necercises and Aleve (naproxen).  The conservative and surgical Rx is outlined in my book, "Stop Your Neck Pain and Headache Now." You have degenerative disc disease and the disc would best be replaced with a "new" one instead of bone. The learning curve for the surgeon is not steep and the published results are superior to a fusion.

Forward slippage: Anterolisthesis means forward slippage. That is, the C2 (2nd cervical, or neck) vertebra has slipped slightly forward of C3, which is slightly forward of C4, etc. Normally the vertebra are stacked up in-line, like a stack of coins. If one of the "coins" (vertebra) is too far forward of the one below it, the tower of "coins" can fall. Similarly, the spine can fracture or cause arthritis. TTYD.

Degenerative  disc: This is degenerative  disc but you may need an MRI of the cervical spine depending on your symptoms. You could ask your physician to help clarify.

Options: A good Orthopedic eval is needed to go over all you have done already.  Generally, conservative Treatment first with medication, Physical therapy, possible pain management with epidurals, and then if needed and no relief, a Neurosurgical evaluation may be needed to discuss surgical options. : If I recall correctly you rephrase this question. In the previous question you stated that you also have unstable C4-5 spondylolisthesis. 
Grade 1 spondylolisthesis is insignificant by itself but if you have problem with C5-C7 and those need to be fixed by surgery so I think you should have it done by the C4-5 as well if advised by the surgeon.

i have disc desiccation and bulging with encroachment upon right exiting nerve roots in c3-c4 and c5-c6 . i also show minimal spondylolisthesis of c4 upon c5 in flexion. i do physical therapy and take meds but the pain never goes away. any tips?

: Unfortunately, at age 25 yrs., you may be facing many years of challenges with degenerative joint problems in your neck.  Pain management should include biofeedback skills, meditation, acupuncture, and McKenzie Neck Exercises besides physical therapy.  Although injections and/ or surgery might be considerations, would suggest these as a last resort...

Discuss it with your: doctor. Imaging tests have to be interpreted in light of symptoms and physical exam findings to know if they are important to your condition.

Instability: The slippage is likely dynamic and changes with your posture. This can cause significant pain and is an indication for fusion surgery.
