Nothing: Labs mean nothing in isolation. High MPV usually means nothing in any case unless the person is otherwise clearly sick. I raise my anion gap every time I exercise. If the result of the subtraction is > 11 you have a high anion gap acidosis, which means some other acid is causing acidosis (ketoacids.

A microalbumin/creatinine ratio of 40 is barely elevated (normal less than 30) -- so repeat it a few times.
