Yes and NO!: Anxiety has no immediate consequences in terms of affecting your health in a serious way.... yet its effects on your body are like chronic stress which in the long range could have some detrimental effects (no aneurysms etc). In order to better your health, you should institute 2 changes in your lifestyle which will cut down/eliminate anxiety.: Exercise(take a morning walk) daily and learn torelax

Rare, so no worries: A person who has anxiety and has fear of brain aneurysms (without any normal reason to be fearing brain aneurysms) doesn't have an aneurysm problem, but instead has a phobia. A phobia (excessive, irrational fear) can be of one of many kinds, and in this case happens to be of brain aneurysms. The problem is a psychological one, and so are its exam and treatment. It has nothing to do with aneurysms.

what does it mean when the brain anatomy has deformed post craniotomy/clipping of an aneurysm? can tearing the dura whilst opening the skull cause a hemorrhage and encephalomalacia? is encephalomalacia permanent brain injury?

: Encephalomalcia is permanent and is likely a result of a prior brain hemorrhage from the aneurysm.  Depending on the surgical approach, the dura might be penetrated, but this would not cause a hemorrhage or any brain damage and would  be expected in some surgical techniques.

hi doctors found me epilepsy 2 years ago, i have by now 5  seises. month ago i had cerebral hemorrhage i have 3 mri and 2 ct can it be avm/aneurysm ?

It's possible: usually the testing would pick that up.  If concerned, the Dr. would order possibly a CT Angiography or an MRA.  Discuss these concerns with your Neurologist.  Best wishes.

Wouldn't worry: If you had 2 scans last year then, I'd say things are as close to "no worries" as they can be.  I will say this, however, it would've nicer to hear that you'd had an MRA study (not just an MRI) along with the fact your family history is negative for anybody who has suffered brain aneurysms and that you are not a smoking female taking oral contraceptives.  Can you vouch for any of those?

Not always: Most subarachnoid hemorrhages and aneurysms are not genetic, however there are a few genetic disorders that do predispose to this condition. These are pretty rare disorders, and include tuberous sclerosis and polycystic kidney disease.
