Since arteries are a system under pressure, high blood pressure may make them worse. High cholesterol & smoking affect some aneurysms. Rupture of one in the brain can cause stroke; rupture of one in the aorta is surgical emergency.

You should consult a physician to help deterine the most appropriate therapy for you - surgery or medical therapy with regular follow up.

Normal: Especially with aortic aneurysm, it is vital to keep blood pressure as close to normal if not low-normal as possible.  One is at high risk of rupture.  The ideal blood pressure for every adult but especially one with aortic aneurysm is 90-130/60-85 mm hg.

Headaches: It sounds like you are having constant recurrent headaches that you are calling Migraines . Have you been Diagnosed with Migraines ??? Or are these headaches so bad that you are just referring to them as "Migraines " you need to see a physician or better yet a neurologist to help you sort things out and perhaps get a head scan and maybe get some treatment , if these are true Migrains .
