Normal is Above 1500: Normal absolute neutrophil count or ANC should be above 1500 cubic milliliter of blood. When this number falls below 500 is defined as significant neutropenia and increases risk of serious infections etc... So, 90 cmm is severely low and needs medical attention. I am not sure your reason to have low anc, but 90 is very concerning. Consult doc. Good luck.

There is a disease: Called cyclic neurtopenia. To make that diagnosis you have to check WBC 2x per week for several weeks to see the cycles. That having been said, the recommendation is not to work up moderate neutropenia unless it is associated with recurrent infections or mouth sores.

R/O LEUKOPENIA : Leukopenia in the absence of infection or autoimmune disease, may be begging cyclical leukopenia. Follow up with your doctor. You need to be reexamine do and have labs rechecked. If it persists a hematology consult is warranted.
