Bumps under tongue: It all depends on what they are. They may be mucoceles, which are clear, fluid filled sacs that usually heal on their own. Or they may be canker sores or oral cancer.
If they have been there longer than 10 days, or if they are painful, you should have them examined by a dentist or oral surgeon.

See OMS ASAP.: Pain in the floor of the mouth and the deep tongue can be caused by  different things and none are good. Consult a oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Pain can be due to salivary gland problems, trauma, or even oral cancer. Go and get evaluated asap

Slow down & destress: A pain under the tongue could be that you are over stressing . Watch your breathing technique . Try some yogic breathing. If the tongue is forced between the teeth while you are clenching, and trying to breathe, it could be a source of tongue pain. Open the mouth about half-way, look at the sides, if you see scallops in the lateral borders, you are definitely clenching, [maybe at night also. ].

Bump under tongue: I'm not convinced the "bump" is from zinc lozenges. Some bumps are normal anatomy and others aren't. The only way to know for sure is to have a dentist take a loot at it. Regardless, any bumps or unusual lesions that last more than two weeks should be looked at by a dentist!
