Need to examine: The lumps may be thrombosed hemorrhoids, but it is not feasible to be sure without examining you. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an in-person evaluation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

No.: Anal cancer is very rare, especially in an 18 year old, but hemmorrhoids, anal fissure (constipation?) and  anal warts/HPV would all cause those symptoms.  Also, anal infection with strep (if exposed to strep throat) or yeast infection (if on recent antibiotics or exposure to yeast vaginitis).  Contact to chemicals or perfume in TP can cause itching.  Good luck.  You may need to get checked out.

Aggressive cancer : Anal cancer is an aggressive cancer of the anal area. It is not a common cancer. Risk factors include a history of anal warts, cigarette smoking, HIV infection and lowered immunity.  In early stages it can be treated by surgery but often requires treatment with chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

Yes, fairly rare: Anal cancer is rare and certainly less than colon and rectum. In usa about 7000 cases are reported yearly with 800- 900 deaths. The treatment is very effective.

HPV smoking: Anal cancer accounts for about 1% of gastrointestinal tract cancers in the us.  It has been definitely associated with exposure to certain strains of HPV (human papilloma virus), anal warts, anal sex, and smoking. It is probably related to HIV but the data are not as clear.  It is rarely seen in transplantation patients due to their immunosuppression.

Unfortunately: Metastatic disease (also known as stage 4) is usually not curable by todays treatments. Although use of chemotherapy may improve survival and may rarely put someone into a temporary remission the disease usually returns or more often does not go away and eventually progresses and the patient will eventually succumb to it.

Tumor is solid: Hemmorhoids are varicose veins of the anal areal.  On exam they are soft unless a clot is present.  Anal cancers are very firm and bleed for the most part on palpation, most infiltrating into deeper tissue.

Rare: More common would be condyloma, anal warts, hemorrhoid, fissure, fistula.

Hemorrhoids: Many issues can cause anal canal irritation resulting in leakage.  Anal cancer is very rare in a 22 year old.  The most common condition is hemorrhoid flare up followed by other inflammatory process such as perianal dermatitis, abscess/fistula, proctitis, etc - if you belong to the normal risk population.  If you are immunocompromised, have a family history of ibd, or std+/- anal sex see a doc now.
