They can change!: Appears you have mctd with sjogren's like features based on the labs and titers.  No lupus marker present!

Impossible to say: An ANA screen by itself has no significance. With symptoms that vague there is no way to know without a thorough evaluation. See a rheumatologist for this issue.

Having said that, the issue of concern is protein in urine, more than the numbers you provided. ANA are being check : With two methods currently, one with ELISA, which is cheaper and more commercially available and read by machine. The other one with IFA, which is less prevalent, more expensive, more labor intense as it is interpreted by trained technician and of course the accuracy is better with latter. Scl70 antibody is important but without positive history and physical finding it is almost meaningless.

my neutrophils absolute is 9.4 and my wbc is 13.7... both are high, but what could that be caused from? my ana direct l is positive. thank you!

Need to see your doc: This is a very complicated question - either an infectious or inflammatory process can be considered but really need more information in terms of your specific symptoms, other test results such as esr, crp, liver profile among other things.

Ana is a very non-specific test and needs to be interpreted in relation to other test results as well as your specific symptoms.

Having said that, had you provided the actual results, it may have been more useful. High does not tell, how high?

Could mean anything: Positive ANA is a screening test.  It is often done to assess for connective tissue disease but there is a high false positive rate.  The titer( ie level) of the result along with the pattern can provide more accuracy but often the lab reports only "+" or "-" which is useless. If the patient has significant symptoms compatible with a connective tissue disease, then the ANA more likely to be  valid.
