Many reasons: Severe irritation of the right upper quadrant of the abdomen can cause irritation that passes through the diaphragm causing fluid collections in the lung. Other times the pain can actually take your breath away.

i get sharp pains in bladder/ureter when i have shortness of breath/mental confusion/tingling of skin?  can kidney/ureter/bladder stones cause this?

Something is Wrong: This question sounds like two or three different questions. It does not come together to one specific or obvious problem. But, the symptoms are not to be ignored and i would recommend a full evaluation in person with your trusted medical advisor.

Yes: i suggest you make an appointment with your physician. Only if in horrendous pain, fevers, or unrelenting vomiting do you need to an emergency room.

May be something new: If your symptoms were checked to rule out a clot in the legs or lung and no other surgical problem is seen, there may be another issue to work out. Suggest seeing your pcp and start a work up for sob (shortness of breath). High blood pressure, heart conditions and lung conditions are some of the possible causes. If you feel severely short of breath at any time, return to the er!

Postop: Shortness of breath following recent surgery is always of concern and should be investigated by the attending surgeon. Possible serious issues would be blood loss anemia, pulmonary embolism,fluid retention due to heart,kidney or liver issues or other lung pathology. 
 Nausea,diarrhea and fatigue are nonspecific unless very severe. Your surgeon will order appropriate tests and stool culture.

You need: to be seen if your pain is that bad.  You may have a retained gallstone causing the pain or pancreatitis.  This is something I would recommend you be sen for tonight.

Common: The gb is attached to the liver which sits next to the diaphragm. Inflammation in this area is common after gb surgery. Irritation of the diaphragm can cause the pain you are describing. If it gets worse and/or is associated with fever, please see your surgeon.

If : If you are having chest pain that is accompanied by difficulty breathing, see a doctor. If your doctors have deemed this to be related to your digestive system or gas related, try taking some otc medicines and take them consistently for best results. Chest pain can also be related to heart burn, lung related, or cardiac related. Any chest pain that is not tolerable should be assessed by a doctor.

i have upper back pain (left and right) when i breath in or sneeze. what could this be?  gall bladder?

Unlikely: This is more typical for a spine or musculoskeletal issue rather than from a referred pain like a gallbladder.
