has anyone read the happiness trap by dr russ harris and would it help for bi-polar?

Defuse: His books are excellent in regards to acceptance and as well changing your stance towards your attitude and thoughts.  Freeing your self up from the entanglement of unfortunately chosen and reified thoughts and metaphors can benefit anyone.  The trap can be believing that happiness should be readily and consistently obtainable.  Many do not know how to or are deeply disappointed at transience.

: I do not think that is a good idea.

i had a supine mri cervical spine done and was reported as normal. i have symptoms of cervical instability and i measured cxa of 127 degrees, grabb oakes 8.9mm and harris measurement of 12.7mm, no chiari malformation. could 'normal' report be wrong?

: The numbers are not normal with MRI taken at a supine position and they are probably consistent with your condition, cervical instability; however, you should talk to the doctor who ordered the MRI or the radiologist who was reading the images.

my 10 yr old daughter has a salter harris type 2 finger fracture by the base of finger/hand. (pinky finger) & she keeps losing circulation. why?

Splinted?: Is your daughter's fracture been splinted?How do u know she's losing circulation to the finger?If u feel she is call your ors ( or whoever is on call for him) right away and explain situation or go to the er.Check w/ surgeon before loosening the splint bandage . This is something that needs examination quickly . Best of luck!

amy levine  what are my chances if being pregnant? i might take a test in a second.. previous tests i've taken say negative.

Depends : Did you miss your period yet? Did you have unprotected sex around the time of ovulation? If the other tests were taken too early( before missing your period) they could be false negatives. If you have missed your period it would be a good time to test again.

is there amy health issues from using a vibrator in the shower?

Accepted Answer

No: The location doesn't matter, so using a vibrator in the shower doesn't cause any more health issues than using a vibrator in the bedroom (except that the vibrator might malfunction if water gets inside it). As far as problems coming from a vibrator itself, there should be none as long as one is gentle... And of course, everything in moderation.

im 22, and over the last few weeks my breasts have gone up about a cup size, i have not put on amy weight, why could this be?

Pregnancy?: Pregnancy would be the most common reason for this  at your age if you have had no weight gain.

COVID 19 concerns: COVID 19 sx’s: dry cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, nasal congestion,  sneezing, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills &amp; muscle aches.  In ZA consult with a medical provider who will determine need for COVID 19 testing.  Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine.

i think i amy have broken my nose because a basketball was thrown across the gym and hit me. cracking my nose causing it to bleed. is it broken?

pain on right side of abdomen started to hurt during sex and it has not gotten amy better actually it hurts everytime i move cough or breath?

See a doctor: Several conditions could cause this. A detailed history and physical exam is needed. The possibilities range from ovarian cyst to appendicitis.  Please see a doctor.
