Penile implants: Once you have an inflatable implant installed, i'm not sure of a way to make the erection bigger, since the inflatable parts have a maximum volume capacity.  I'd defer to my colleagues in urology for more insight, or if there are newer models that can increase the penile implant length without another surgery.

Diminished Size: By the nature of how an implant works, there is expected to be a decrease in length, though not substantial.  These implants are only used for creating a usable erection for patients unable to do so with medications or injections.  Once you have an implant, you will forever require an implant.  No more natural erections will occur.

No,...: The original penis is still the biggest &best one that a man can have in lifetime. Penile implant is always shorter &smaller than the penis in young age. Remember: even aging itself is a form of handicap which will surely worsen over time; any surgery is reserved as the last resort of caring for a "disease" so to keep a person going in life, but never like that in young time. Ask doc &be real.

Erosion of implant: If you're penile implant is breaking (or eroding) through the skin, this is an emergency situation.  You need to see your urologist (or go to the emergency room) immediately.  The implant will need to be removed surgically and you will need antibiotics. The decision for a new penile implant is managed on an individual basis.
