Probably not...: What I have known and what I have reviewed and read failed to reveal any mention of their possible effect on spermatogenesis - sperm formation. So, I would say both have no concern on sperms. However, in reality, behind what we have known always still hides a lot of what we don't know. If still in doubt, ask his prescribing doctor.

Hopefully better: Not sure what you are asking.  Generally Amoxicillin has few side-effects.  Some people have mild GI intolerance, and there are allergic reactions.  If it is doing its job and was chosen carefully you should feel improved.
