ED: Yes:- but having elevated BP by itselof can be an issue in ED. I suggest reviewing this with your physician.

(metoprolol, atenolol, etc), diuretics.

Effective: The only medical treatments that are proven effective for baldness (other than hair transplantation) are Finasteride oral pills and Minoxidil topical. It is less expensive to purchase the 5mg pill (Proscar) and split the pills in 4 (use a pill splitter). Neither treatment causes a higher incidence of erectile dysfunction. 
However, smoking tobacco is strongly associated with erectile dysfunction.

Virtually, no...: This Q was answered with some discussion. Using other drug to counter Venlafaxine-induced ED is probably not possible. But so can medications used to treat hypertension. Therefore, to avoid side effect complications, change your eating habits & get physically active regularly in order to improve health, lower blood pressure & strengthen erections.

Yes ; no: As w/all medications ; dietary supplements, there are side effects, whether acknowledged or not. Never believe any ad that claims there are no side effects just b/c it's natural, organic or herbal. With that said, never take any medication or dietary supplement unless you need it and benefit &gt; risk. Propecia (finasteride) is fda approved brand of Finasteride w/known risk of side effects as noted but not guarant.

SSRI side effects: Sexual dysfunction is often reported with ssri's. Not all patients experience this side effect. However, if encountered it is possible to add another medicine or even a different class of antidepressant to counter the effects of the serotonin

Wrong question: Epimedium, known as barrenwort, bishop's hat, fairy wings, horny goat weed, rowdy lamb herb, or randy beef grass contains icariin, which is a PDE5 inhibitor like sildenafil (Viagra) so there may be some similar effects both desired  and undesired. It only grows in china and use of unregulated supplements can be dangerous. At 19 years I seriously doubt you have a physiologic erectile dysfunction

i was just prescribed sildenafil 50mg for erectile dysfunction. most of the time i work out in the evening and consume a pre workout supplement. i plan to take the sildenafil when i return home from the gym. will this cause negative side effects?

: You did not tell us the name of your "pre workout supplement". By my knowledge almost all pre-workout supplements on the market don't interact with sildenafil. Good luck!
