Possible H. Pylori: Stomach burping and bloating could be related to a stomach ulcer from H. Pylori. Also irritable bowel syndrome needs to be ruled out. Consider a consult from your pcp or healthtap to have this further worked up.

These act throughout the body to cause a feeling of emptiness, stomach growling (which is just peristaltic motions), increased salivation, and increased blood flow to your extremities. It can also increase impulsiveness and reduces the ability to make long term decisions.

Maybe its functional due to brainstem reflexes induced by eating--often exaggerated in ibs resulting in altered perception of gut distension, "growling", ; modified transit of food. Consider tachygastria, or gastric outlet delay reflecting inflammation, scarring, biliary disease, more.
